Our cockerels are a slow growing traditional Cotswold white breed.  They are reared in large open barns in Warwickshire without the use of hormones or growth promoters.

They are fed a unique diet of fresh apples and wheat grain to give them an exclusive flavour and texture.

Weight = 8 - 9lb
