How to Order

Online

While you're here, it's easy to order online.  Just add the things you'd like to your basket, click "Checkout" when you're done and follow the instructions.

We'll ask you a few quick questions, like the address you'd like us to deliver to, your preferred delivery date and time, how you'd like to pay and what you'd like us to do if you're out when your order arrives.

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email to confirm what's on its way and when it's coming.

By Phone

We realise that it's sometimes easier to speak to someone, so if you'd like to place your order over the phone that's fine.  Just give us a ring on 01327 260488.  We're here Tuesday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 8.30am to 3.00pm (an answer phone is available outside these hours).

If you need something in a hurry, do give us a ring and we'll do our very best to help you out.
