LOCAL DELIVERY

Free Local Delivery - No Minimum Order

For Local* deliveries all orders will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE using our own refrigerated vehicles and staff.

Local* will be classed as delivery addresses being within a five mile radius of our shop.

Free Local Delivery - Minimum Order £35

If you live a bit further away but still within a 20 mile radius of the shop, there is a minimum spend of just £35 to qualify for free delivery (otherwise a small delivery charge of £5 will apply).  Again, these orders will be delivered using our own refrigerated vehicles and staff.

Delivery Times

You can pick a delivery date that's convenient for you (order before 12.00pm to guarantee next day delivery).  We can't deliver on Mondays, but you can ask for a delivery on any other working day.  You can even choose when you want your order to be delivered with morning (9.00am to 12.00pm), afternoon (12.00pm to 4.00pm) or early evening (4.00pm to 7.00pm) delivery slots available.  If you need anything in a hurry, do give us a ring and we'll do our very best to help you.

Saturday Deliveries (Local)

Sometimes it's easier to have things delivered when you know you'll be around, so we can bring your order to you on a Saturday for no extra charge.  Early evening deliveries are not available on Saturdays.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

For nationwide deliveries we use a reputable national next day courier company to deliver your order.  We make a charge to cover the cost of delivery.  This cost is calculated for you automatically and you will see the full price before placing your order online.  Delivery is FREE if you spend over £80, otherwise a delivery charge of £15 will apply and this will be added to the cost of your order.  Unlike some mail order butchers, we do not charge you separately for the packaging.

We are able to offer delivery to all addresses in England, Wales and the Scottish mainland from Aberdeen southwards.  We regret that delivery costs are prohibitively high in other areas and hence we cannot deliver elsewhere.

Your order will be delivered any time between 8.30am and 4.30pm on the day that you have specified.  Unfortunately it is not possible for us to give you an exact time for delivery.  When you order, you can provide instructions for the courier telling them what to do should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered.  This could be an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour, or a safe place to leave your box such as a garage or shed.

Saturday Deliveries (Nationwide)

We are unfortunately unable to offer national couriered deliveries on Saturdays due to prohibitive costs.  This does not affect local deliveries.

COLLECTION

Of course, if you'd prefer you're more than welcome to collect your order from our shop (obviously no minimum orders or surcharges apply).  We're open Tuesday - Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Saturday 8.30am to 3.00pm.  Simply tick the "Collection" box on the order form, tell us what day you'd like to collect the order and we'll make sure it's ready for you.
